What I have been trying to say is others must be putting block here, closer to the end of the hydraulics
Note in this photo, the block is inside (TO THE RIGHT OF) the hinge of the pivot arms and closer to the hydraulic cylinders.
Yours is on the other side of the hinge closer to the end.
Ok. Now i see. Saw that didn t think it was a tray for the blocks tho. Will try it.
I must have an older model, I only have one block tray on each side. Bought it 6 years ago, BL-5000
Here are some pictures of mine stacked on top of each other in my garage. I keep it hooked up rather than disconnect the hydraulic lines.
Here are some pictures of it in the up position. I have the 5000 model.
After viewing the other post, I guess it does not matter which way it goes up, I have always just done it from front to rear.
My blocks line up perfectly with my Jacking pucks on the frame, both for my 08 Z06 and the 17 Grand Sport
Hello there, What model do you have the 5000sxl or 5000ext? I'm looking to buy the 5000 model but don't know which one. I have a C7 GS Collector Edition with CF side skirts install. I read here it best to use the QJ with the pucks to avoid damage to the CF skirts. Thank you for your reply. I'm new to the forum. Best. A.L.
I have the BL-5000 model. I bought it when it first came out. They only had to models, the BL-5000 or BL-3500. I would call up Quick jack and ask them what new model is closest to their original BL-5000. I assume your more interested in the block/puck placement area. Ask them what the differences in models are.
