Suspension in touring, steering in sport, exhaust in sport and the throttle controller set to 7. Great how you can configure almost each aspect of this car.
What mode do most C7 owners use for day to day driving? I leave mine in "T" or Touring Mode. I have used the Sport mode a few times and did not notice any difference in driving my Stingray. I do not intend to use the Track mode as I do not plan to drive my car on a track.
I use Sport mode because I like starting the engine with NPP loud, so I leave it in that mode so it starts in Sport mode. I don't notice much difference (non Magnetic ride) between Sport and Track so I don't use Track because it goes back to Tour upon start up and I miss the louder startup.
Hmm on startup if you're in sport from the last use it stays in sport- If you're in track or wet if defaults to touring- wonder who decided that programming was needed???
Always hated in both carrera and jag i had to select sport each time i started the car. Also glad this car does not have the stop start engine feature at traffic lights - also something that had to be deactivated each time you started the car
Exhaust is always in Track, Steering is always in Sport, and the Switch is typically in Tour. Sometimes I use Eco or Weather, and rarely do I use Sport. I never use Track or PTM but like having it.
I guess this is a dumb question, but how can you control all of these settings individually? I always just turn the **** and use the generic sport setting, or sometime Eco on the commute in the early AM (~35 miles). If I can manually use track exhaust with the rest set to sport then I would have to try that out...

Settings in My Link has the option to "freeze" the exhaust (if you have NPP) and the steering.
Add on. Vitesse Throttle Controller. No matter how hard you push the pedal down, the stock tune tells the throttle blade to open to a certain place based on pedal position, for example 50% pedal = 30% throttle....no matter how fast the pedal is pushed. The controller only changes that so 50% pedal = 50% throttle. On the high settings, it will over compensate. Like 50% pedal = 70% throttle.
I can understand why some drivers like this item. My throttle hits the floor board all the time anyway, so I don't need one.

As LT1Z51 said you can adjust Steering and NPP to stay in a given setting regardless of the driving mode. You can also lock in the DIC configuration. From your Infotainment screen click on Settings.
When daily driving my Z06/Z07, I run Touring mode with exhaust on Track 99% of the time. Smooth roads (rare) or some twisty stuff, then Sport. That said, I think touring mode on the Z07 is comparable to Sport mode on others...
Most often in Tour as 98% of my driving so far has been cross-country treks, but after the MSRC upgrade I switched steering to be ALWAYS in Sport. I felt the upgrade loosened up steering too much. NPP is always in Track, of course. I just did the million dollar highway (US 550 out of Durango for Montrose) and stuck it in Sport. Bucket list drive.
Touring most of the time. Rather nice ride quality considering what a beast this car really is. I do sport mode now and then when I want to play a little and do notice a difference in exhaust tone, suspension stiffness, and throttle response. Or at least that's my perception. Haven't bother with eco mode and don't plan to. I had to pay the stupid gas guzzle tax so feel compelled to live up to it.
