Change Battery without loosing memory?

Radio presets are set per FOB. Did you swap FOBs or redo something in the FOB world? My wife's FOB has NO presets on the radio, whereas mine has 3 rows of presets for radio and NAV.

Nothing in the fob world changed, but all radio presets for both fobs disappeared.
Surprised me, as my '14 had more than a few battery disconnects with nothing more than reindexing about 50% of the time.
I've only had the '18 disconnected once since purchase. A very minor issue, but it was definitely a change from what what was expected.
