The question is what numbers did it make before the tune and what does it make after . A dyno is nothing but a tool to measure
A good tune is usually worth 20 to 25 hp no matter what the number is high or low
there are several factors that could cause a low reading or someone else's high reading . What was the Tempature. What was the air density , what was the correction ....I could go on and on . This can cause differences on dyno pulls made on the same day ....
it's just a number, the real measurement is what does it feel like and what does it do at the track
