...then charge you for it, but ship you the wrong item...then not return phone calls until you dispute it...then arrange a return...and claim they never received it...and dispute the return with your credit card complaint. Yes, I have baggage.

Thank goodness, I have a '14 where it's not a possibility, so I can claim neutrality, like Switzerland.
