I normally don't think stabilizer is necessary for just 3-4 months but in this case I'd suggest using it just in case you end up being away for much longer than 4 months. My father has a 1983 Alfa Romeo Spyder and he put Stabil in it when he stored it for the winter back in 2016 and hasn't driven it since, so it's a good thing he put it in there (and with that long he still might run into problems but at least the Stabil will lessen those problems)
