Almost never. I did get pulled over when driving a Delorean once. The officer came up to the door and she evidently didn't realize it had 'gull-wing' doors because when hit the latch and the door popped out at her it startled so bad she reached for her gun.
I have been driving since 1971. I have owned a large number of high performance cars and have never been pulled over in any of them. There have been a few times in my younger years that I could have been cited had I been caught but now I strive to display my driving skills on the track not on street.
About 15 years ago, a LEO pulled me over in my '57, just wanted to see what was under the hood. The motor was a 283 ci with '66 GTO trips, solid cam, no mufflers. Sweet sound!
I've never been pulled over in any of my corvettes and as a law enforcement officer for 30 years (now retired) I never stopped a corvette or any other car that did not need stopping. Too many stupid people out there doing stupid stuff to even bother stopping someone for no reason.
I did get stopped in a local small town that is infamous for being a trap, two officers in the cruiser and put me through field sobriety test. I don't drink when I am in the Vette so no issue. Turned out one of them really just wanted to look over the 96 GS convertible but needed to trump up a reason for the stop. Total BS but not unexpected in that town.
Owned many cars, but here are the ONLY ones I have been pulled over in.
Owned a Mitsubishi Lancer Evo... Pulled over countless times, more than ten times in 4yrs. Never ticketed except to remove tint from front window (CA law). I owned this during the peak of street racing / Fast Furious era, so expected.
Owned a P71 Crown Vic... loved that car, was an ex detective car. After about ten pullovers (and no tickets!) in 2yrs I decided to get rid of it. They definitely don't like civilians driving them.
Owned a Challenger R/T... loved that car too. Pulled over about five times (again, never ticketed!) in 3yrs. Just seeing what I was up to and once for breaking my tires loose which I got a warning for.
Own a Volt... don't love this car, but is a great commuter(!). The one (and only time) I get pulled over in this car I get a speeding ticket. It was new to me and I told officer that it is so quiet in electric mode that I didn't notice my speed. He didn't care.
Once, 45 years ago I was pulled over in a Vette because I was driving a Vette. Got a ticket for running a red light. I didn't. Went to court with my GF who was in the car with me. Officer lied on the stand. That made it easy to refute his story. GF backed me up. Judge threw it out.

Pulled over about 6 months ago. I was only doing 71 in a 35 mph zone! I forgot to pay attention! Officer cut me a lot of slack and just wrote it up as going faster the posted speed...no mention of my speed. Turns out the offices owned a vette!
Have not been pulled over in the Z06 yet, got pulled over last year in my SRT because the cop said I was "revving my engine" and gave me a ticket for unnecessary noise.
I sent it in for an "early resolution" meeting with the crown and they sent it back saying the documents were never filed so there was nothing to process.
Here's a vid of that traffic stop; yes I have a bad temper.
If you have ADHD just go to the last few seconds of the vid where I make fun of him.
I have not in 3 years of owning my black Vette. I don't even have a front plate in Texas! However, when I had my black Cadillac ATS I was pulled over a few times.
I've owned several Corvettes and have never been pulled over in one. Oddly, I've been pulled over in SUV's plenty of times, but not the vettes or Camaro's.
Don't get me wrong, I most certainly SHOULD HAVE haha
My only speeding ticket ever I was driving a minivan. 60 in a 55, just like everyone else on the road that day.
I've never been pulled over while driving a high performance car, including my C7,
