The last time I got pulled over was in 2004 and the last time I actually got a ticket was 1997! I just know the right places that are safe to drive fast
The only time I was pulled over was when me and my wife plus my buddy and his wife from PA were following us at night on our way to our home in SW Florida. We were booking along about 65 in a 60 MPH zone and I saw this car pull up between us and he followed me for about a 1/4 mile. Well, this was when my 2014 AW Stingray was brand new and it still had temporary tags on it. The tags were from Georgia where I had purchased the Vette. The guy behind me put on his bubble gum lights and pulled me over. My buddy pulled over about 100 feet behind me. Needless to say my wife added, "You were going 5 mph over the limit. You're in for it now!" Anyway I got my license out, owners card and insurance cards out and rolled the window down. The officer came up and I asked him what did I do wrong? He said" nothing, but that he didn't recognize the temp tag from Georgia so everything was okay". Then he asked if this was the new Corvette Stingray and if he could check it out. I said yes and sure. He got out his flashlights and walked around the car and looked it over and came back and told me to be careful driving ahead because there's a lot of wildlife down here and he'd hate to see this beautiful car get wrecked. Then he said, "Tell your buddy behind you in the Red C6 that everything's okay. The LEO was a great guy and he turned around and and then we drove home. When we got to our place we unpacked, had a few adult beverages and had a great story to tell.
NO, not in any of the 6 Corvettes I have owned. I have been stopped twice in my Cadillac. Once was when it was brand new I was stopped in Arizona because I bought the car in California where there are no temp tags, just a rolled up paper on the windshield. Then I was stopped in Beaumont Texas by an officier who said I was speeding. Maybe I was, but if so it could not have been by much and I was not aware of it. I was not issued a citation in either case.
Had a silver Audi blow by me the other day on the highway... didn't think much of it other then guy was clearly going fast because I was doing my normal 10 MPH over. This highway has a limit of 70 so I was doing 80 and this dude was like another 10+ so figure 90. Then a black Charger gets behind me, clearly itching to go, riding my back side, reving his engine. Sorry I don't play that game on the street, so moved to the right. As soon as the lane clears ahead the lights come on - it was an unmarked unit! He blasted off after the Audi and left me alone.
I track my C7, since it turns out they will let you drive as fast as you can for about the cost of two speeding tickets ($300 of so).
I have had my 2017 Stingray (first Corvette) for almost 2 1/2 years now and have not been pulled over even once. Admittedly, I did have a few close calls here and there -- saved by faster cars passing me at the right time and my Waze app giving me an alert. I try to keep it at a reasonable velocity and only "get on it" for short bursts of speed before settling back into the flow of traffic. Virginia is NOT a state where you want to get stopped for speeding and we are a very heavily-policed state compared to others.
Years ago, I have had four Mustang GT coupes and got pulled over plenty of times. I also was stopped in my old V8 Silverado a few times (never got a ticket in it, though). I have a Class A CDL, so I try to keep my driving record as clean as possible.

I've never been pulled over in any of my corvettes and as a law enforcement officer for 30 years (now retired) I never stopped a corvette or any other car that did not need stopping. Too many stupid people out there doing stupid stuff to even bother stopping someone for no reason.
I got pulled over in VA in '09 because I was an idiot.
I was doing 97 in a 55 on a deserted stretch of 301. Got the Ka hit (yes was running a RD in VA but had it down off the dash so it wasn't visible), and shut it down toot-suite, but not quite quick enough ( that split-second of alert time.... Probably wouldn't have gotten into safe territory, but at least into non-cuffable area). Officer Chatham (yes, I still remember his name ) said in his twenty-year career has never pulled a Corvette over. That he just doesn't see Corvettes doing stupid stuff (I attribute that to an older demographic).
He said he clocked me at 78 (technically reckless driving in VA), but only wrote me up for 73. He also proceeded to tell me how to get out of the ticket. He knew how the judge for his day of tickets handled things. Net result: no moving violation.
Never have gotten pulled over in the corvette. Have a few times on other sedans and pickups. I assume they think i am an 85 year old and let me be in the corvette. lol

Have not been pulled over in the Z06 yet, got pulled over last year in my SRT because the cop said I was "revving my engine" and gave me a ticket for unnecessary noise.
I sent it in for an "early resolution" meeting with the crown and they sent it back saying the documents were never filed so there was nothing to process.
Here's a vid of that traffic stop; yes I have a bad temper.
If you have ADHD just go to the last few seconds of the vid where I make fun of him.
I have only one ticket from driving a Vette, in my 2000 convertible soon after I bought it. It was on an interstate but she was a local cop parked at the bottom of a long hill. She was using laser, and nailed me for 78, in a 65, I think. I argued that she got the wrong car, as there were several cars and SUVs around me going the same speed or faster, and it is hard to draw a bead on a Vette at such a distance, but she was not having it. There was a funny incident a few years later with the same car. I regularly 'test' the acceleration pulling away from a four way stop within a mile of home, up a hill. (Only if traffic is sparse - this was around 11 pm). The local cop (another young lady) must have been parked at the gas station and was pulling out just as I went by. She pulled me over one street over from home and gave me a lecture, but then made some admiring remarks about the car. As I drove off I realized the only reason she did not give me a ticket was her radar was not turned on.
All my other tickets have been in my daily drivers which I confess I tend to drive more urgently, shall we say.
Since 2000, just twice (in a span of 19 years owning Corvettes)..
Once was to verify the TEMP TAG I had on my car was "Legit."
The second time was getting slightly "spirited" after making a right turn. Although I never broke speed limit, I ramped up rather quickly. Just a warning to "Slow it down."
Prior to that? Once in my 1990 Porsche 944 S2 Cabriolet. Some over-zealous lying ******* cop. Proved him lying IN COURT through cross-examination and I still LOST!! Judge was crooked as a ************. So was the cop!! Funny how a "Criminal Speeding" offense never made it to my license. It just, "disappeared."
I was sitting in a cigar shop lounge with my new Z06 parked outside along side of the shop building. In walked a State trooper and asked who owned the Vette parked outside. I figured here we go he was going to nail me for no front plate. I said it was mine he said I should give you a speeding ticket as it looks like it is speeding just sitting there. He laughed ask me a few questions about it bought a few cigars and said have a good day. So far that has been my only encounter with a LEO.
