Our local dealer is very accommodating and has an excellent Corvette Tech, so for me the answer is "No".
But for some others who have posted in this Forum, and some I've talked to personally, the answer is "Yes".
Are there any current recommendations in the NY Long Island environs for dealers well versed in Corvettes and doing the fluid flush procedure? MacMulkin's a hike -
From: Tank sticker? I ain't got no tank sticker! I don't need no tank sticker! I don't have to show any stinking tank sticker!

Did exactly that and was turned down. Asked why and they said TSB is not a warrantee action. Contacted Chevy via social media email. They said that because my car had no recalls I did not qualify for a no charge triple flush. Now I am waiting for the results of the transmission class action suit. Hope GM has to pay big time.

Unfortunately, not from me. We live an hour NW of Chicago.
If there is a Corvette club in your area, they might have a recommendation.

If I remember correctly when I took my car in for the triple flush it was still in warranty. I know there was no charge. They really should be taking care of their customers. They made a mistake. They should fix it.
You would think the place was being run by Boeing.

Have you checked for the Corvette Certified tech in the dealerships around you? Talk to the TECH and showed him the procedure and NOT the appointment clerk.

AFAIK, a TSB is a recommended course of action for an issue if it crops up. It was not, is not and probably will never be, a warranty thing.
I wouldn't hold my breath. Regardless of outcome, I don't see you as winning much. Now, if it were me, I would go price out how much each quart of fluid is and multiply it by 24. Price out each labor hour and multiply it by 3 and that should tell you how much to expect to pay for it. I wouldn't go asking "What have you paid for.....". Or you can wait and hope your transmission is still in good shape by the time you get something in terms of money.
