Arguably, two of the most beautiful generations of Corvettes also had the shortest runs. Yes, I know, some still can’t stand the looks of the C7, so this is subjective, nevertheless, it is a beautiful beast that scares supercars 3x its price. We’ll see how history, more importantly, Corvette fanatics, will judge the c7 as the years go by.

Saturday, I took delvery of the last of the Mohicans. A 1LT, manual, Z51 Coupe with MRSC, machined face wheels, black stinger and black badges. Now, if i can only get the stupid grin off my face. And, get back to driving.
Can't speak for others but my stock A8 has pulled full Bolton newer Viper, every type of hellcat, Lamborghini huracan with engine amd trans tune and a modified F12.. over and over (friends cars). They go a lot faster than the internet gives them credit for I'll tell you that lol. And that was stage III aero installed. The difference from stage I aero is big over 100.. I know as I just took mine off to trade it in and it flies through 5th vs the brick wall feel with stage III up..

Saturday being most probable. Trading my 16Z so will drive down Friday and pick it up Sat morning. At least that's the plan. Wife is working until 430pm friday. I will be off.
Have the track wrap (6" x 100') in the trunk and the ACS oversized front mud guards I'll swap when inget there.. Going right in for ppf and either clearplex or exoshield.

Back at the start/finish, the lap timer stops at 2:39.5, beating our previous VIR record holder, the Ford GT, by 3.5 seconds. It’s not even this year’s top time, but an adrenaline rush like this usually costs at least twice as much.

It will be 3years for me pretty soon. The stupid grin only leaves me in the winter. The rest of the time it’s perma-grin with every shift, every turn and every acceleration.
Initially I hated the look of the C7, thought they changed it too radically. But, it grew on me and now I love it ! I'm having the same initial reaction to the C8 :/.
