<As I understand it the chokes work for some people and not others?>
That appears to be the situation. As I mentioned in other posts that the left rear lamp is closest to the TPMS receiver so likely has the most effect on signal reception. I put one of the larger chokes on that particular lead and it alone fixed my issue. Others seem to have used the smaller chokes on all 4 leads and still have had problems. I may have just lucked out or maybe it is the mass of the choke that has worked in my case. Whatever the situation it is worth a try to see if it might work for you. Hopefully there can ultimately be data compiled from enough cars to come up with a solution that works for everyone.
For those with the tps issue did you also install the leds in the bumper? I purchased the front and rear side markers as well as the rear bumper markers. Im wondering if the bumper markers play a roll at all. Anyone run all 6 markers and NOT have the error code?

Did you also put the chokes on the bumper LED's? @MorrisZ51 Where did you get the bumper marker LED's?

You mean the license plate lights? Yes I changed those to LED as well. But after I went through the ordeal with the side markers. So it was absolutely the side markers that caused my TPMS issue.
Though you do bring up a good point. Any aftermarket LED can cause interference, so if you’re at your wits end with the side markers, the license plate lights might be worth looking into.

no I’m talking about the reflectors in the bumper he sells led’s for that as well
The weird thing is that the TPM only went off the very first time I installed the final driver's rear marker. Since then I've driven several times (only 15 minutes or so) at highway speed and the TPM warning did not go off. Previously it went off several times after short distances, but only the first day.
Edit - I did take out the car tonight and at highway speeds around 80 it did trigger the TPM warning. Anyone have a Single ferrite they don’t need for me to test the rear drivers side?
maybe you should add the 1 and 2lt option.. maybe the HUD or other electronics are causing issues. This is strange though. Different rims? who knows.. we are reaching for guesses
