Ha! We just turned 80k-miles on our ‘17 Tundra! It’s a road warrior! Our 2001 had 270k-miles before our son totaled it by crashing into two, brick pillars while reaching down to pick up his phone from passenger’s side floorboard. Never had a moment of trouble with it, either. Oil, trans, diff fluid changes, one set of brakes/rotors, couple of O2 sensors, tires, and a timing belt every 70k-miles was all it needed.

!!
Just taken this past winter !! Same engine, 160,000 miles never taken apart. I know that isn't much mileage, my 2016 Tundra Limited only has 5,500 miles on it.

Heat from a heat gun or hair dryer, just enough to get the item's glue soft, don't burn the paint. Then you can use dental floss or very light fishing line to go between the item and paint and go up and down in a sawing motion and separate the item you want to remove.
