Get it! We bought a Range AFM for my girlfriend's 2019 Stingray with the A8 transmission. Best money ever spent!. We also don't have emissions testing here, so no need to unplug it before inspection time.
My 2017 Stingray has a 7spd manual, so no need for it with my car. It won't go into V4 mode unless the car is driven on the highway in the ECO settimg.
The Corvette isn't a Prius and was made with a V8 engine for good reason. It cannot be good for the car to run in V4 mode -- and Silverado trucks with the same AFM system have had lots of problems. It's not worth driving in V4 mode to save 1.0 to 1.5 miles per gallon.
Just be sure to order it directly from the Range web site. It is a must for every automatic C7.
