I'm the complete opposite, I put mine away covered and in the air starting at the end of April and taking it back out in October. There's no car shows or cruise ins during that period cause it's to hot and can't count on the rain.

I can't stand just looking at my car under a car cover with a tender on it. You all that live in warm climates year round, you can take an ice pick and jab it in your eye. Just kidding, I'm just really jealous. Hopefully in a bout 3 years I'll never see snow again unless I WANT to see it. Car wants to be driven not hiding in a garage. Anyone else hate winter as much as I do?
One of the best things I ever did was move to southwest Florida 26 years ago. I hated winters up north, when I lived in Wisconsin, western New York, and suburban Pittsburgh. Also, the car scene is huge down here! I must admit, however, that summers are nice up north.
I love Winter 💘 in Texas. A lot more convertible top down weather in the C7 than in the Summer time of year. Today, Dec. 9th for instance, is perfect 👌 top down weather.

I have to join " l hate winter" club as well. You don't really want to drive a Vette during the winter in Toronto but some do. They put on winter tires and away they go. Not for me and besides, l believe l would miss that "rush" you get when the cover comes off and you fire her up.
The funny thing is when I was younger I loved winter. Didn't even know what cold was really. We would play for hours outside during winter. I think around 25 I realized winter sucks *****, and no at 52 its the worst thing ever. I want to walk out of publix in shorts, not run to my truck from Kroger Freezing my nads off. Then getting into the truck and praying it warms up fast.
Glad I don’t have that problem anymore! I moved about 8 years ago to Valley of the Sun, (Phoenix area) haven’t missed snow at all. I can drive year around and count the days on 1 hand that I can’t drive my C7.

That sounds great but is it a little too hot in the summer?
Me too... I drive to Palm Springs for the winter, keep the top down, and no concern for the white stuff while cruzin in the brite sunshine with a smile! 😊
Hot depends on the person. More than 70 with sun and 60% humidity I don't like
I lived in Thailand for 10 years. I thought the warm weather would be great and allow more outdoor activities but it turned out the hot season limited me as much as the cold season in Canada.
I have lived in Wisconsin all my life (58 years) and im still not used to winter. This morning it was 3 degrees with a wind chill of 10 below 0. Its too cold to even go in the garage just to look at the Corvette. The older I get, the colder it gets here. Next year Im going to spend the winter someplace warm. I don't even care where I go as long as its warm.
@sebringgs: I could NOT agree more. I had a heart attack 12 years ago and now I strongly dislike winter. The meds makes me cold below 50...LOL
