I know the feeling back in 2019 I almost bought a ZR1 new but I said to myself wait a year or so and they will come down which they did I waited and waited and now its too late. The cheapest one in the country is at 130.000 and it was wrecked all to hell and has a salvage title. The moral of the story is pick out the car you like as stated above negotiate your best price and go for it. I'm stuck with my measly Z06/07...lolol
I'm also looking now. In the last few months I feel like manual c7 z06 cars have stayed stagnant. Dealers don't seem to be budging and private sale owners know that manual transmission is the new rare collectable. I've watched c8 prices dropping fast between the release of the c8 z06 and also the 6 mo th warranty restriction on private sales is up for most of the 23s so many more are flooding the used market. I'm worried that a 2019 m7 z06 will always be expensive being the last of its kind on several fronts.
I will wait until about march of next year to buy. What do ypu guys predict as far as pricing on 2019 m7 z06 2-3Lz with 10k or less mileage will be by then?
Here's an update. I recently pulled the trigger after a long search. I got a 2016 Z51 3LT with only 7K on the clock. I got it for $42.5K. I just had the transmission flush done & PPF on the entire front. For me it was a killer price after a little negotiation. I couldn't pass it up!!

I would have jumped on that! That's a hell of a good deal. I just bought a 2019 2LT with 56k miles for $44k, and that was a damn good deal to me. Nice find!

If you get what you want and am happy with it, you are not throwing your money away. You will have years of enjoyment from your C7. My opinion is that the C7 is the last of the true Corvette
