I'd be very, very skeptical that a revised part number with listed backwards compatibility and/or supersession of previous years had any sort of difference in calibration or signal output. I would further suspect that any perceived change from the end user is placebo at best, or stumbling into fixing a failing component at worst. That would be a nightmare for shops to deal with -- failed pedal module, replace the accelerator, customer gets the car back and now it drives differently? No way.
It's most likely just a new part number due to retooling or physical design changes, such as a modification to the travel limit mechanism to be more durable or something totally benign like that.
If someone wants to datalog some sweeping inputs between old and new pedals, though, by all means post it up. I'd be happy to eat my shoe.
Congrats on your order and glad the coupon code saved you money! For others going to order this awesome “game changer” on our C8 (and my C7).

A relatively recent (3 months, or so) thread told of 2019 models having a differently calibrated accelerator pedal that produced a quicker response. I've done a search so I could post the link, but have failed miserably . Maybe someone with better search skills than me could help...
My '19 was one of the last of the line, built in August '19 and its throttle response was the same as my '17 - mushy from a stop.
Installed the Soler TB and TC on the '19, and they were a great improvement.
I have had Corvettes since the c4. Trust me and others if you have not driven a car with the Soler Throttle Controller, your car is NOT the same feel or better said feeling of unleashed! Yes, it does provide a WOW just as much in a C7 as a C8.
Given the 30 day no questions asked guarantee and does not void warranty, really is a $200 super mod in 20 minutes.

if you read through the link I posted above, the user that initially switched out to the 19 pedal shows the difference and discusses how it is built differently and has less dead lead in. I'm no expert but I certainly believe that the new part is updated and different. For me, I have a soler tc on the way to try anyway so I'll know soon enough how much difference it makes.
