I tried the double stick tape and zip ties but neither held up. Going to drill small holes and screw them in place.

Just curious, did you use the 3M VHB tape?

And also, as large a zip tie to just fit in the holes. I also used the 3M double sticky tape. They seem to be holding up. I would worry about drilling holes in the QJ bars.

I did the same with mine (just 2 sided 3m tape and zip ties) and haven’t had any problems. I agree that I wouldn’t be comfortable drilling any holes into the QJ frame.

maybe the casters need more mounting than the ball bearing type? mine doesn't even have good zip ties and it seems fine, used them twice already. there's basically no side loading it's just sitting on them and rolling around.

Got2 have1 I am a little dense so could you please give me a full pic of your QJ and the places you mounted them? Do you use 4 for each side? TIA

Can anyone post a picture of their QJ and where you placed your ball castors?

Same here, been working fine for two years now. Much easier to move around. Got my wall hangers from Amazon for $15. Almost like they were made for the QJ.
