Not terrible, but suggest you look up some YouTube videos as several out there walk you through it. Short of having your shop / dealer do it if not comfortable.
All plug and play is my understanding, but I do have a note out to VQ Carbon on the paddles. I believe you just need the right rev match paddles / module for it to work with manual cars. You can check out their site as they do various makes and models, but support Corvettes for several generations (C5 - C7).
Not to butt in, but the only difference in the paddles for the Auto verses M7 is the label on the paddle itself. This one has no label at all. So as long as you remember what the function for each paddle is for your tranny, this will work on either an Auto or M7. There is no difference in the electronics, or connectors. Or you can use your stock paddles - just swap them from your old wheel.
Appreciate it Flame Red, as VQ Carbons just let me know the same. Paddles work for both transmission types, to your point just use for proper function (or swap out). TTT
