NOS 05219 Nitrous Oxide System
I changed over to a A&A supercharger so I have this nitrous system I removed for sale.Cost new was over $1000 plus I have purge valve and bottle heater. I have a video that shows how I installed the nitrous system. Asking $500 for complete system.
The bottle cost alone is $450 Selling the whole used system for $500 pick it up for free in Branson Mo.

I started out with the jetting at 75hp moved up to 100HP then stopped at 150HP. If you go over that you will have to make fuel supply changes. It goes up to 200 HP. Because the LT1 has cast pistons and stock ring gap I wouldn't push it over 150HP. Yes its a wet system it gets it fuel right where the intake gets its supply of fuel. Its a great kit and works well but nitrous isn't easy to get in my area. That is why I changed over to a A&A supercharger. The throttle plate is the same size as the stock LT1.

It comes with all the parts needed all you have to supply is tools, patience, mechanical and electronic skills needed to install it.. It comes with 75,100,125,150 hp jetting. You could go 175,200hp jetting but that would require fuel supply upgrades . I wouldn't go over 150hp jetting on stock cast LT1 pistons and end ring gap. The bottle is empty
Here is the install manual.

Thanks for the reply. I watched the video too. Didn't think the bottle was that big. I also have a convertible. Can I ask what video editing software you used on the video? It was easy to watch. Thanks

I use a program that comes free with every windows computer called Movie Maker. You just upload your photos or movies and use it to edit them and add captions . It takes a little learning curve to know how to use the software but its really is not that hard. The bigger the bottle the less the number of times you need to refill it. Go as big a bottle that will fit your car. 10# bottle is more common. You could get about a 1/4 mile run per pound of nitrous depending on many factors.. I use to rent a mother bottle to refill my smaller bottle but it was too hard to move that mother bottle around so I just started getting refill at my speed shop. It was about $8 a pound a few years ago I have no idea what nitrous refill cost per pound now. When I first started using nitrous you could get it for $2 a pound using mother bottles. Now its hard to find anyone who will rent you one. It is dangious if you handle it wrong but it sure is cheap HP increase. It could cost you your motor if you dont know what you are doing. Do not heat the nitrous bottles with a torch what ever you do. I got tired of driving two hours to get my bottle filled and changed over to a supercharger.
