Took mine to the dealer 10 days ago and they agreed to replace the screen however GM says the screens are on backorder with no timeframe of when they will have more.
2014 Stingray with nav and without prediction or reason, the info screen will "roll" bottom to top or "flicker" bottom to top. Nothing stops it short of turning off and back on. Anyone else observing this?
This sounds funny, bear with me. Until you get it replaced, when it flickers, honk the horn. Just barely have to tap it and it stops the flicker. Even if the screen goes completely black, honking the horn will make it come back. Silly, right? Mine hasn't flickered in 3 months now.....

dear all
I am working on screen flicker problems
found the wires going in to screen, usb connector losses and wire locking cable tie with body very tight . remove or cut ties .problems will solve automatically
Mine just went totally blank - after a month of intermittent operation. The radio still worked, just the screen was blank. Sometimes if I pressed in on the upper right corner of the dash plastic bezel (not on the radio screen itself - but the plastic dash bezel that surrounds the screen)... it would come back on and work for awhile. Eventually it just went blank permanently.
With just 3 weeks to go until warranty ends, I got it to the dealer yesterday. -whew-
Their service writer said "yep, we've replaced about 4-5 screens in C7's so far".
I'm not so certain it actually requires a replacement part, as it acted like a loose cable/connector. But the dealership is determined to replace the screen... and that's fine by me.
Thanks Mike, I brought it in and after 2 days they determined the "control module" was faulty and should be replaced. Now 4 days in GM has the "control module" backordered with no ETA to far to replace....
