Nice polish job - that's what I meant originally. There's a ton of extra material to remove - much more than any other TB I've worked on.

Did not do a before dyno, so I have no before or after results. Sorry. Counting on 2 rwhp gain. LOL

Hopefully you took into account the shape of the TB! Hogging it out all the way around isn't the answer (Not questioning your experience, just needs to be noted that these become an expensive paperweight if not done properly.) This is why I don't take any previously ported TBs in as cores.

Sorry, if I stepped on your thread. Someone that does this professionally probably does a better job than me.

I am impressed with the blending your porting appears in the pictures. I like doing my own mods..

Why not? Can't you just add that metal back? Jeez, Ben...

To be fair to everybody (just having a bit of fun), I have zero knowledge of porting these TBs - haven't messed with anything since the days of FAST 92s.

Don't mind at all! Not criticizing your job either as I can't see the shape. It just made me think to mention a couple things.

Now we need a nice affordable smooth intake pipe option that eliminates those baffles/mufflers and the accordion (Hint, hint... Ben) Thanks!
Nice to hear. To confirm, though, no CEL and no tune? Just looking to be sure before ordering one for my C7. Thanks.

None whatsoever. It's a hassle free, worry free, 5 min install.

Thank you, just purchased online. So do I have to notify you when I send back the core for the core refund?

Couple this with some Granetelli plug wires and you've got 30+ hp at the wheels!
