I am being told the cradle point is to the front and the book seems to indicate the same - am i correct? Many thanks.

Default Manual is unclear

This is where I think the manual is either contradictory or i can't read well. It does clearly show the rear suspension jack points on page 10-4 but on 10-5 it says to use the cradle to lift the entire vehicle. My question is which cross member is the cradle, the one towards the back of the rear or the one towards the front of the rear suspension? the instructions below do not answer that question. Thanks.

I stopped driving up on ramps a while ago! I installed the clip on plastic pucks. Z06 has them too!~ I use my floor jack with a couple pumps raise the car. One side at a time and put the ramps under the tires. Just as easy as driving up on them.
Takes me less time you don't have to move the car or start it or get in and out a few times!
It's a better way!

Default Sounds like a good approach

…but how high are the ramps? mine are about 6" and I am wondering if you can jack the car that high on one wheel, seems like a lot. Might have to do 2 or 3 inches at a pass?

If you have long arms, you can reach the oil filter and drain plug without putting the car on ramps... just did that yesterday.

[I]Rhino ramps along with half inch piece of plywood in front of ramps works for me, works for the front of car too.I'm not sure how much lower c7 is to c6 but it shouldn't be that different.
