Mike,
I have looked all over the forum for this answer and could not find it, so at the risk of asking again....If I load 93 octane tune and take a trip where only 91 or 89 octane are available will it kill the car?
Thanks Stosh

I keep a bottle of octane boost in the rear cubby storage hole just for such occasions. Not the 3 pts stuff, the 30 pt stuff that raises it 3 full octane numbers.
Mike,
Received tuner and connected to PC, indications on tuner was a red fuel gauge bar going across. Never said upgrading or do not turn off, after a few minutes the fuel gauge disappeared and the home screen appeared. Is this a normal reaction? Instructions doesn't mention this scenario.
Thanks
Stosh
you got to upload the new tune to the handheld, takes time , trash the disk and install ds downloader and 20 mins you are good to go...... turn AFM off and then firm shift, also increase boost to 15 to 20% if you have 93 do 93 tune, if you have CAI do that tune you wont be disappointed. Easy after the first time
