Well sorry pics don't have enough detail truck has been lowered hard to get pics
Added all the hardware along with sensor 13577429, disconnected the fuel line(at factory clip) right over the reserve tank Which can be removed easily
then routed two half ft of 3/8 hose to sensor near plug and three ft hose to return fuel back to factory line
All wiring is there and working just enable e85 in the tune
I added a alcohol % pid so with 93 octane gas It reads 10% alcohol
Next I'm only adding 5 gallons of e85 to see if the alcohol percentage goes up and then I will be running it till empty and just running e85 to see what the reading Gives there
Thanks to dave steck at dsxtuning
for a quick reply and help with tune
I seen his work all over forums every where he really knows his stuff
Had 93 in the tank and it showed 6.5% Ethanol, put $15 in E85 and it read right at 40%.
Been playing with the tune, interesting things I am seeing in this new ECU system.

If or when you dyno, please share your results here. I plan on dynoing once the weather gets consistent here in Indy. Thanks T/A

have you dynoed yet? I'm curious on the numbers!!! you are 100% stock except the E85 stuff right?
It makes me really mad that this isn't something offered from GM from the get-go. the car is capable of it, the engine is capable of it, the computer is capable of it. All they needed to do was enable it

IDK about mad but yeah I'd love to see the after market take advantage of this if the #'s come out strong. My Focus ST (ST's are turbo engines) turns into a snarling little beast on E30 blend and a tune.
Curious what kind of interesting things are you seeing in the new ECU?

I'll post up my results after next week as well. My car gets dropped off for tuning this weekend out by you in Indy to Mike Norris. I'm north of Cincinnati, so I'll drop it off on Saturday and pick it up the following Saturday.

Mike is a great guy, i have talked to him about some go fast parts before. I have Headers and Intake on my car as well, so i'm excited to see what other types of gains I can achieve with those mods. I'm doing a conservative tune due to it being my daily, but I would be surprised if it's not at least 460whp

We should be pretty close then depending on the tune. I'll have aFe CAI, ported intake manifold, ported throttle body, TSP headers, FlexFuel sensor and tune.
He definitely is a great guy and did all the tuning on my supercharged C6. It's worth the drive for piece of mind as I don't really trust any of my local tuning places with my car. I've seen too many mishaps locally trying to squeeze out that last few HP for a silly dyno number.
My cars getting a dyno tune this thursday. Car is texas speed headers without cats and flex fuel. Ill post up the numbers once the tune is done this week. Im anxious to know what itll put down. Raced a grandsport with full bolts-ons and a cam and he put half a car on me. And ran a cammed full bolt on ls2 which put down 452whp and i got him pretty bad. All this while im untuned on 93.
