I have a 15C7 Z51 M7 with 2,600 miles on it. Working stiff so can't afford to blow it up and just rebuild the engine. I bought an ECS kit, Meth kit from Doug and got some TSP LT headers and getting ready to choose and installer tuner.. I live in Las Vegas (hot as hell and 91 octane fuel). I have a buddy that opened a shop but not a lot of C7 tuning yet(but awesome tuner, did my C6 and 100's of other cars around here, or a guy in AZ that I hear great things about, or a couple good guys in TX. With that being said I want to get 650-700rwhp.
Ok, here's the questions;
1) Are the shops that are getting the 700's messing with knock sensors? Is that a bad thing?
2) without the restricor plate and the stock pully supplied with the kit what would the lbs of boost be?

I am also in Vegas with a supercharged C7. I used to have Sam Smith do my tuning on my C5 but he closed shop. I send my C7 to Joe@CPR in Mesa AZ after reading this article on another Vegas C7 he did. https://www.corvetteforum.com/articl...s-c7-corvette/
My C7 had a A&A Si trim that needed meth install and a retune. I upgraded to the Ti head unit as well, which should be comparable to the ECS Novi 1500. Joe is very knowledgeable on the C7 and his Tuner Nic really knows his stuff. They leave the knock sensors on and cannot add as much timing as some of the other shops. Also our crap air and 91 octane also limits how much timing we can add.
All said and done, the car made 625 rwhp and 548 tq.
Graph shows the results at 3 stages of its progress. When Joe first got it, Ti installed w. 3.8" pulley, and finally with a 3.47 pulley at 9psi and methanol.
