Default Headers, CAI, Intake and TB.......CODES

We installed the following

TSP headers
AFE CAI
BER ported intake and TB

Tuned the car. DID NOT touch the trans tune. Now I have an overwhelming number of P drivetrain codes. I have checked connections and all seems to be in order. Any help is appreciated.

Don't see any bent pins. Looking at fuses today. Thanks

has to be something in that box, fuse, pin, something. nothing else makes sense. maybe just a pin pushed in too far?

I had a similar issues that turned out to be a ground that wasn't snug enough. I can't recall which codes were thrown but it was A TON of them.

So many codes suggest poor electrical supply. Such as low battery voltage, poor battery connection, bad ground, etc.

Same thought here. I have been trying to find a diagram of the C7 ground points but am not having luck. Don't know what I could have pulled lose doing headers and air box

There was a thread a while back about the ground connector housing at the rear of the fuse box being very susceptible to cracking and other poor connection issues.

First thing is you need to confirm the battery is good. Low voltage on start up will trip all kinds of codes.

During start up, voltage will drop for a few seconds as starter pulls a lot of juice. A good battery will quickly recover. Watch ammeter. It should stay above 12 volts. Check battery before start up. A good battery will be between 12.5 to 12.7 volts when not running.

Thank you. Car has 4800 miles on it. Hopefully the battery is good to go. If not then we have some crappy batteries in these things

I dont see it being a battery at all. Buddy back track every thing that you unhooked on the car. I have let my car sat for 3 weeks plus & it has started right up with no codes. I now have a vette batt tender for it.

Check the ECM/TCM fuse in the engine compartment. The are a new 3 lug dual element design. I have seen them pop before on the TCM side.

I did not notice I did not see an engine ground loop on each side of the motor like on C5/6 cars. That would have had to come lose when I pulled headers. Also if it was a ground then I believe I would get codes other than transmission

grounds are behind the airbox on the inner fender and think also on the drivers side similar place. Did you do full exhaust or just headers? those trans codes indicate either a ground or power issue or something unhooked back at the trans.
