Well.....there are LOTS of threads about this, and many different thoughts on which is best - Hinson, B&M, Callaway, Hurst, etc.

Butt....I had a B&M in my 2005 C6 (and it was very nice), and an MGW in my C6 Z06 (and it was really great!!).

And.....I just installed an MGW in my C7 Z06, and it really is FANTASTIC!!

So....from me the recommendation is the MGW!!

You can get a totally stock look (with your stock ****), select from a couple different MGW *****, or get the "Flat Stick" in several different colors with either a black or a white "pool ball" ****.

I am really happy with my MGW. I put it in six months ago and it's how the car should come from the factory. About a month ago I swapped in the flat stick which I absolutely love:

You'll be happy with an MGW!!

And....if you aren't too ashamed to use a discount code when ordering, MGW does (did) offer a 5% discount to Forum members - I'm not sure it's still in effect, but give it a try. Use coupon code MGWCORVETTEFORUM2015 all in caps.

I'll probably get crap about being a cheap bassturd like others have handed out in previous threads - like: "I can't believe you buy a $100K car and want a discount on parts!"

So...don't tell anybody if you use it, but I sure didn't mind saving a few bux when I bought 2 of them - one for me, and one as a gift for my b-in-law who has a beautiful yellow C7 Z06/Z07 vert!!

Thanks MGW for a great product and a nice discount for Forum members!!

I bought my MGW last November. I didn't install it until last month! I can't believe the difference! Amazing!

On my 2014 C7, MGW shifter with a Hurst T-handle, PERFECTION .

Retro look and performance of Hurst component shifter from CoreShifters. Not a Hurst billet shifter.

Not in my experience. This is internal to the transmission.

"Still" get a little grind ???? If properly linked and shifted the transmission shouldn't have any grinding from the start.
You might need to re-evaluate your shifting/clutch technique!

It's a known issue with these cars.
