ARH, Kooks, Stainless Works, LG are all good high end options. I went with LG Super Pro Stepped Headers. The are stepped from 1 3/4 up to 1 7/8's. They make really good power if you are staying N/A. If you are going F/I then go 1 7/8's.
I had mine coated and really glad I did:

I think that is the first time I have seen one of our C7 kits coated....looks great!
If you are interested, our Christmas sale goes through til tomorrow so great way to save $200, after tomorrow at close the sale is done however.
Let me know if you have any questions about any of our kits.
I'm rockin' and am very happy with the Kooks 1 7/8" LTs + Kooks green cats + Kooks midpipe dumping into stock NPP mufflers. With that said, the brands that dovervold suggested are all top notch. I simply went with Kooks for two reasons:
1) I had a set on a 2009 Pontiac G8 GT that I owned and the fit and finish was excellent.
2) They offer the green cats which you can run without throwing a check engine light therefore removing the need to at a minimum tune out a CEL.
