I have an ECS kit (Novi 1500) and Borla exhaust w/ xpipe on my 14 C7 Z51. With only 11,000 miles total on the car.
I've had the kit for over 2 seasons now (about 7000 miles) with no issues. I'm a very spirited driver, but I'm not excessively hard on the car by any means.
Anyhow, I just received my new wheels and tires. This, of course means, time to do a farewell solute to my old tires. Which made me happier because I've never allowed myself yet to do a big burnout in the vette, yet
I only got a few seconds in before I saw white smoke coming out of the hood vent. I stopped and saw oil all over my engine bay. I drove home immediately. Luckily it was not far. On the drive, you can tell the car was misfiring and two errors came up about the "Stabil-Track" and "Rear Axle" while the CEL was flashing.
My initial thought was that I just blew oil out the supercharger and that is it (which I absolutely did). I cleaned everything up and even took all the plumbing apart and cleaned the pipes. I even changed the oil on the engine and supercharger, just because it was a good time to do it. Both oils looked great still.
Side note - while doing that, I figured it was a good time to install my new radiator and thermostat. The install went flawlessly.
Put everything back together, started her, and nothing has changed.
My next thought was spark plugs. I swapped them all out with new NGKs. Started her up, and nothing has changed. You can see white smoke come from the BOV and from the Exhaust.
Now what?
The code is "Random Misfire". No other codes appear.
Do a leak down test, but you can also start the car pull one plug at a time if you hear it getting worse it will not be that hole go to the next one until no chg in sound are misfire it will be that hole.
But white smoke is not good you may have broke a V/spring in one of the hole's.
Perhaps using a temp gun or a thermal camera and see if I can get a good reading?
I don't know if you have pulled the plugs or not before, but the passenger side is not very accessible for a test like this, but I might have to go that route.
I was thinking the same thing about breaking a valve spring potentially.
Newest update.
found a temp gun, so I started the car. After a minute I checked every exhaust bank/runner right out of the cylinder. All of them were reading about 240, except one was 100 degrees less.
I'm not sure the cylinder order, I think that's #6 (the third one forward from the driver seat)

Pull the valve cover look at that hole that one is your problem. Have you ever pulled the fuse box are unplug the big box. It is not bad when you do that on the pass/side of the car.

Have you checked the oil? Does it look milky? Also agree pull the plugs, take pics of each of them, and make note of which cyl each came from. Post the pics..
Third one from the right looks pretty rich. They don't look as bad as I was expecting though. You sure your getting white smoke out the exhaust and not black? White smoke coming from the BOV is weird. Perhaps you have more oil somehwere that is burning off. I had a similar problem with the car running a bit weird. Pulled the plugs, cleaned and replaced, same issue but not as bad, repeat, etc. eventually it was back to normal just had to clean out the leftover csrbon buildup from running rich.

OP here these new DI motors don't like it after just a little of running rich. My plugs didn't look any worse but it also was running like you have said. It was running so bad it would stay running if you let it go down to idle I had the plugs chged out ran like a new one. But all my header tube's was running about the same temp unlike the one you said was way off.
I was hoping it would clean itself out after swapping the plugs. I went for a quick cruise after cleaning everything and changing the plugs. It acted the same, Misfiring. However, if I stomped on it, it sounded like it cleared up and had power. As soon as I slowed down, cruised or stopped, she misfired again constantly.
I got home and pulled the intake tube again, and there was oil, again. I had someone rev the motor and I saw white smoke come out of the BOV and exhaust.
I don't know. That's why I'm posting. Everything seems a bit strange.
Maybe it's just the head gasket. I want to check that next, but ran out of time today

You need to clean the oil, then drive it for a couple min and then take the intake tubes off. Track where the oil is originating from.
I dropped the intercooler when I cleaned everything initially. There definitely was oil in there. I cleaned that the best I could as well, but I'm sure there was some oil left inside
If you have HP Tuners software, you can log mis-fines for each cylinder so you can pinpoint which cylinder or cylinders are having a problem. I found a friend's misfire on number 6 due to a loose spark plug wire.
