Is this a norm at times for the audio to video is a few sec or so behind? I just got my 15' Z06 and was out on our local road course for some seat time to learn the car on our final lapping day. Upon reviewing some of the laps in the car I noticed what I was hearing vs what I seeing wasn't matching up, I was hoping it was just in the replay in the car. Upon uploading it's still not in sync. Anyone else? Ideas? I did a few short other vids and it seemed fine, but go fig when out lapping it wasn't quite right.
Maybe I need a better memory card or that the card was almost full?
There have been a number of threads about a 2 or 3 second timing error.
Your PDR problem with the video and audio out of sync may be different, but perhaps if you get the TSB in the thread linked below done to your car it will solve the problem.
You can see in the thread there are some pictures of the PDR that show what version# is current.
If your PDR has not been updated to the new software discussed in the TSB, I'd take it in and get this update done and maybe it will solve your problem.
I don't think that's it. The TSB is for the 1.8s leap second that causes the time to spontaneously jump in the video. I suspect you have an issue with your SD card as that is definitely not normal.
If you get the Pi toolbox you can load the MP4 file up and it will show you a bunch of system performance metrics like CPU usage and disk performance.
