Stock work fine and they are good for 100K miles. No real need to change them. Little to no advantage to switching plugs unless you have modded the engine and changed the heat range required to work properly in the engine.
I left mine in when i sent them out for headwork.
Plus my heat range/gap has probably changed.

Given his comments, I believe he's correct to ask the question. At the very least the gap should be checked to confirm it wasn't disturbed. Can't answer your question about heat range without knowing what work was done. I'd ask the shop that did the work as a starter.

I did all the spec/design and assembly.....execpt for the machine work of course.
Usually i would go a range up since im up on compression, radical cam and headwork. But being unfamiliar with the LT/Direct injection, i figured I'd ask here.
I'm starting with ACDelco irridium.
