Default Need help after header install

Yesterday I installed tsp long tube headers and catted x pipe. I installed the upstream o2 sensors (black clips) and now I have a ton of error codes related to the o2 sensors. They all deal with sensor 1. Is this normal? I New I might need a tune but I have read where lots of members have installed headers with no codes. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Long tube=tune. Check out Speed Inc in Schaumburg. Best tuner in the area.

Yes your check engine light will come on & get a code. But NO your don't HAVE to get a tune in the car. It will be running a little leaner than before. But then again these car come running a little rich from the factor.

I put LG LT headers on my car no back cats with 3 inch mid pipe & Borla ATAK cat back on the car at the same time. Yes code & check engine light is all car ran even better than before.

But for you to get full power from the headers yes you need a tune BUT by a tuner that really knowns what he is doing in the car.

But like me IF YOU are going to do more small MODS to the motor like cold air box which it does need now also. I would do all of those then get the car tuned for all of those at one time.
