Default Trottle body question

I have the air duck parts removed so I can replace the air filter.

Question:

Would it be a good time to spray some trottle body cleaner on the throttle body?

I have done this with my old trucks. But I don't know if it is ok for my C7.

Car has been idling rough after sitting the winter. I did use gas saver in my last fill up

My opinion is yes - I did this last week on my 2016 as a preventative measure. No problem, however, when changing the oil removed the air duct to visually determine if any oil was visible in the throttle body. Good news was no oil visible in throttle body & since I was there I gave it a quick shot of throttle body cleaner.
