Transmission problem C7 A8

I recently started having my transmission feel like it’s shuttering/pulsating during cruising speed. Went to the dealer and they updated my transmission but the problem continues. Dealer is recommending a transmission flush. Thoughts please. Should I do this or not.

Triple flush is the next step. It fixed the issues on my 2017 along with a TCM re-tune at the dealer. Mine never came back as others have suggested theirs has. GM will not just replace the Torque Converter without going through the listed steps.
