I agree with these guys.

Reindex the windows and drive. Radio stations. seat settings, steering wheel position, and NAV information are not touched by the battery swap.

Well, that is good to know. I have seen a post on the forum somewhere with a radio that lost it's programming and if that is a feature of the battery removal, it would be handy to avoid if put into that situation.
