I'm looking at either the FAST or the MSD Atomic Airforce. The MSD got some pretty bad reviews over at Summit Racing. Helpful opinions are greatly appreciated.
I didn't know there was a FAST intake for the LT1 or LT4. What are your goals with the car? Will it ever be supercharged? If so, you don't need a intake manifold. The $ to HP ratio with a blower is marginal. If you're never going to supercharge it then I would go with the MSD if you'r eon a budget, but if money isn't an issue I would do the Frankenstein or the LME billet intakes.
The Frankenstein and LME are waaaay outside my budget. As far as Supercharger I don't think that's in the cards for the near future. I was hoping to hear from someone here who had one of these installed. Thanks.

Thanks for this, but why is Cajun so much cheaper than AirForce which is around $1400 for the ported version.
I put the Edgy Vette link in my post , he ports a stock manifold which other vendors do also , supposedly good for 15 to 20 HP . If you are running a stock LT 1 the MSD and the others are really overkill especially for the price and you can get the same results with a good ported stock manifold .
You get what you pay for man. Have mamo do you up an MSD it wont be cheap but at least youll get the most you can out of the buck spent.
Ported stockers are just that.....sure better but why spend xxx knowing if youd spent a little more you can get much better? Just a thought.
Hate paying for stuff 2 and 3 times cause I cheaped out. Believe me I know, I have almost 5k in a cyl heads probably worth a grand lol. Cause I Cheaped out initally over $300.

There are plenty of posts of gaining 20 hp with a ported stock manifold
