there is no issue programming 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19 C7 E92 and E92A ECMs. there is no access to a 19 ZR1 E99 ECM at this time.

Does the tuner leave a foot print that GM can see? I have a 19 GS.

when you flash the ECM it trips a flash counter. if the counter doesn't match what Chevrolet thinks it should be then they assume it's been tuned and won't honor your powertrain warranty claim. this only happens if you blow your engine or transmission. they don't check it otherwise.

If you use a Diablo , no there will be no trace left in the CVN file

Dealer people can (and often do) tell customers anything at any given moment... comes time to test what they said and it can be a very different story.
