Cosworth Toolbox help

Is there a Cosworth toolbox tutorial? Is there an add on software? I am seeing people post data that I don't think I have access too?

Thanks that just what I was looking for and where my confusion came from. I saw some of your " How did I crash videos" and what the Chevy Version offers was in conflict to what I was seeing.
