Question for people with a Wavetrac Diff
At the track, do you guys ever have your stability control come back on and not go off for a while?
Ever since I built my diff and switched to 3.90 gears, occasionally my stability control will turn itself back on after I do my burnout. Then it will not turn back off. Ive done the process again, held the button for ages and it wont turn off, I've turned the car off in the staging lane to reset the computer and try again and it wouldnt turn off. I get it back to the pits, try again after the pass and still wont turn off unless I turn the car off and let it sit for a while. When I try again in like 15+ minutes it turns off fine and all is good.
This is an issue because its ruining my runs when it happens and cuts power off the launch and on some shifts. Doesn't matter which tune Im using and it didnt do that last year before the mods so I am figuring its a Wavetrac thing but would like to hear from other owners if it ever happens to them. Wondering if maybe its an overheating thing from the burnout or something.
