Explain please. Wanted an x-pipe installed and it was done. What was sold which was not asked for? You cannot say putting the cats on was not asked for because it is a legal requirement.
The installer is under legal obligation to install as per the law, not per customer unstated request to not install the secondary cats.

Thank you sir thats exactly what happened. i paid for the x pipe at 12:44 pm at 6:33 pm its finally on the lift waiting for the install yes 6 hours. I checked back every 2 hours and was told they could not give a time, i was told during the first check that they paper work was not there, that was the first clue. Yes i documented the entire process. If it so moved me i would have purchased it and installed it myself. I have ordered a new x pipe from a reputable supplier on 29 received it on the 31 and installed it within an hour.
