Not sure u will find anybody that will post in a public forum that they tuned their car then blew their motor up and had it covered
This subject has been beat to death in the C6 forums
With all the thousands of Diablos out there for Fords , Chrysler and GM products you dont think it would be posted all over the internet if someone's warranty was denied because they had a Diablo TUNE ?
I know of one claim , and the guy told the dealership that he had a tune
Now this does not mean it's right, you want to play you got to pay . What most people want is if a AFM lifter fails , a valve spring breaks or something that has nothing to do with the tune go south and have a dealer or GM tell them that the reason it it broke was because of the tune
Let's just say I know a guy who ........

Update - The differential oil was bad, the plug had what is best described as "thick mud" attached. Happy that it was changed at 1,800 miles. Going to check it again in another 2,000 miles. Transmission and engine oil were fine. Glad I checked out situation.
