Torque Tube / Flex Plate
I made an appointment next week to get my car serviced for potential torque tube and or/flax plate rattle.
My car has over 54,xxx miles on it.
I was surprised this problem popped up out of the blue.
I put the car up on my lift and the noise is prominent at both ends.
I'm going to also bring up that even after the flush/fill for the transmission shudder a year or so ago, it still takes several seconds after cold start for reverse to engage.
I'm taking it to Elco Chevrolet in Ballwin, MO.
My appointment is with their Corvette technician, so I assume he will know what to do.
