OK I got everything installed the car sounds amazing, I didnt have to use a pry bar everything fell in place, but I have a small rattle in the rear, how do I adjust the pipes, with the hanger?? Also I did not get a service light on. I am running no cats but have both front and rear O2's on.

And I also noticed that a small rub on the steering shaft driver side?

Thats a good way of stripping the header bolts?

I had to go back and unloose the header bolts for the headers to be very loose and adjusted the xpipe from there. It fit right in, then go back and tighten header bolts. I just have a small rear rattle in the back.

It’s a minimal flex. The header studs haven’t shown any wear. But only had to do them twice. I’m sure overflex will cause issues.

Sometimes with 2 inch headers you might need to mark the header and hit it with a persuader ( a big *** hammer) . One reasons why I did not go with that size . I know you have done a lot of work already but ... no way would I leave that rubbing the steering shaft

Unless you are doing a converter ,max build , big cam or big blower ... 1 3/4 or 1 7/8 actually work better.....
