White/Light gray can be coolant. How frequent and when does it happen?

If it’s only before reaching full warm engine coolant & oil, it is probably simply moisture burning off. Coolant leak past head gasket would show up more so upon hard acceleration. Also on hard acceleration you will normally see “dust “ from road blowing up behind the car. JMO 👍

Agreed. Likely burning off condensation.

might want to post more info on the car itself like mentioned to aid in helping your question.
exact model / engine / trans
any known mods....

mine definitely drips and burns off condensation during warming up in the garage, i tend to let it warm up a bit for a few minutes before moving.

id be more worried if it was smoking and blowing out stuff after fully warmed up and during any and all throttle conditions.

car might could use a nice fuel injection and fuel tank treatment to try to clean out any deposits. i have ran a few techron treatments since getting my car.
