2014 Z51 A6, Edelbrock 2300 about 5 psi on LT1 and the motor was blown. Fuel pump failed and suspected that failure led to hydrolock. Engine brock was still usable after the incident, so I basically ditched LT1 and now it is 416 cid stroker. One way to go to.

knowing this, should I go back to stock? Was yours canned tune as well (only mod)?
lol, I spent my spare cash on the SC. Don’t have money for a replacement engine. Was your setup on the canned tune with no other mods?
Mr Miami , stop worrying, there are thousands of us that are supercharged making 550 to 600 HP reliably .
There is nothing you can do about a mechanical failure like a HPFP that caused this member's issue so stop losing sleep
Before my car was supercharged , I was driving down the highway 70 mph and my motor blew .. broken valve spring , dropped into motor , the resulting carnage required a new motor . Lucky I was under warranty but my point is, at 57,000 miles do u think I am worried about blowing it up again because of a valve spring? Heck no , I still drive it like I stole it every day
