Wow, that is quite a bit of damage. That is a lot to take on even if you have a good source for parts and technical advice. I'm sure you realize that the Corvette is as much a computer network on wheels as a mechanical device.
At some time they had a fob - needed to get the dash display shown in pictures.
I wish you lots of luck!
Keep us posted on your progress.

Realize . To be honest, i don't have a good source for parts, most of them i order from the US, Corvette is quite a rare car here, so parts cost x3, but there are some good mechanics and workshops dedicated to the Corvette community, also i really hope the damage is not as bad as it looks, overall it looks fine ( i guess ), just missing some body parts and of course suspension damage.
Thanks, i guess I'll need that luck and of course, I'll keep posted (also will update in the Collector's Edition thread, i have the #309 btw)
Here's some good news for you. With the bumper cover missing, you should have access to the wires that go to the key cylinder switch. Just short them together five times in ten seconds and you will be on your way to programming the car to recognize your new fob. No key required!
The above is true if the battery is not dead when the car gets to Poland. It would be a good idea to pop the hatch and hood now before shipment and keep a window down if at all possible.
It is not clear from the pictures if the rear hatch release cable from the key cylinder is accessible to open the hatch. If not and a window is down so you can enter the car through a door, you can open the hood and connect 12 v at the front fuse block or crawl into the rear compartment and connect 12 v at the aux plug on the inside right corner. If not, you will need to connect 12 V at the starter so you can open the hatch and access the battery. You should only attempt to charge the battery at the battery terminals.
A quick test on my 2019 GS verifies that the electric hatch release buttons on the dash and above the license plate will work without a key fob in / near the car (car was unlocked by a fob 20 feet away).

Wow that's a piece of an idea. I'll try this. Cause I've got an answer from a Polish dealer that they are not able to cut the blade unless i have at least 1 key, even though by the VIN :/ , this is strange as hell.
On the other hand, I've got a friend ....that have another friend that can program the key fob without actually being near the car, he just needs the VIN code, and the cost is 300$. Maybe its a good deal.
@RonC7 Yeap , the window will be kept open. But there is a good chance that the battery will die. Anyway, thanks for advice
To program the RKE fob to the car, you have to be in the car. The VIN has nothing to do with the RKE fob. I just programmed two new fob's to my car.
The VIN is what you need to get the metal key made. However, if from your picture the lock mechanism is gone to begin with you will probably need to get new lock and keys.
THE KEY FOB DOES NOT GET PROGRAMMED! The car gets programmed. Do not get scammed.
Dang , there is something in what u say , that's strange, he says it will work 100%, not a scam for sure, that's someone i know very well, otherwise, he will return the money. This guy is doing keys for all cars , i mean this is not his first time. But anyway, I'll try all options i have

Yeap . That is what I'm aware of as well , that i need to be in the car in order to program it ..... but i'll give this guy a try, maybe he knows something
There is nothing to program or configure in the fob. All pairing information is stored in the car. With the car powered up and the fobs available you can plug into the diagnostic port with the proper software and pair the fobs. But - the programming tool & software, car, and fobs must be in the same place.

You were absolutely right guys. This guy wasn't aware that the car is in Poland, this guy is from Ukraine and he thought that the car is in Ukraine and we will come to the program it. Said as well definitely that the key cannot be programmed, only have to be inside the car. I'll search for someone in Poland maybe that can do it.
