Update:

Pretty sure I found the problem. Tracing the lack of horn i followed the wire loom from fuse box to horn. Had to take the front bumper off where I found this:





Yep, some damn mouse got up there and chewed it up. Now the fun part to rewire all the broken ones.

Well, sure enough. Splice in new wires, soldered and shrink wrapped and now everything is back to normal.
