Hi , I understand it's quite difficult to help here, but maybe someone has something similar to this and can give me some direction to dig. This noise starts to appear a couple of minutes after starting the car on cold.

Is the noise louder in the engine compartment? If so, check the belt tensioner, the belt, and all pulleys. Are all of the pullies aligned, free running, and bolts torqued? Is the belt worn, stretched, frayed, or missing pieces?
It will be easier to deal with if you get a young guy who still has a chance of having good hearing to help ID where the noise may be originating. Without some sort of localization I don't see how you can make much progress beyond hit and miss. I've a mechanic's stethoscope one can touch things with to see where the noise is loudest and may originate from. Also, get the car in the air, on al lift you can run it on, if possible, which can help when you get under it. Being higher in the air will lessen the sound reverberation off the floor adding confusion, as if it were simply jacked-up. All the best.
