Right from their web sight, apparently they have changed the sensors
We just installed the DSX Flex Fuel sensor on 2 cars along with the Fuel-It Blue Tooth analyzer. The only thing we had to do was turn on the pass through feature in the app.
Unless they JUST changed this less than 30 days ago, or intentionally changed something internally very recently, it definitely works. Strange.
We are installing one for a customer on Monday that we JUST purchased. Guess I'll find out.

Sounds like you have a lot of experience with ethanol. Be good to hear from an expert...
How much does an LT1 pickup from E? Can the stock fuel system handle the extra flow to get to E60?

LT1's can usually handle full pump E85 as long as it just has bolt-ons. LT1's pick up between around 20rwhp on E. It can be a little more or a little less depending on other factors.
I came back to advise that the latest Fuel-It Blue Tooth module DOES NOT work with the DSX flex fuel sensor. Very weird.
An easy fix is probably to just create a tap somehow off of the flex fuel sensor and pass it around the blue tooth module to the ECU wire. This makes me think that Fuel-It, now owned by Burger Motorsports, did this on purpose. I wonder if they did that so you would buy your flex sensor from Burger instead. I thought DSX just used an OEM GM sensor. Burger now sells OEM GM Flex Fuel sensors with their kit. We might have to change our setup because the blue tooth module is very convenient.
Do you think switching the DSX sensor to a OEM GM sensor would work?
I thought DSX used an OEM GM sensor. Fuel-it (Burger Motorsports) sells a GM OEM flex fuel sensor kit that works with the Bluetooth module. So I'm not sure why the DSX doesn't work. Our attempted solution will be to tap the signal from the FF sensor directly, before the Fuel-It, and then cut the output signal wire from after the Bluetooth module (the one that goes the the ECU) and connect the tapped wire to the ECU directly to see if this works. In theory this should allow the Blue Tooth module to get the signal still and then also send the proper signal to the ECU.
Not really sure why they did this other than maybe to force people to buy their(BM) flex fuel kit? But their kit doesn't come with the fuel rail and fitting like the DSX kit so no plans to try and make that work.
This thread pushed me to buy the BT sensor. I don't know the brand of flex fuel sensor my tuner bought. But the fuel it kit plugged right in and worked with zero hassle.
That is an OEM GM FF Sensor. The Fuel-It works with the GM OEM sensors. Even Burger Motorports(owner of Fuel-It) sells the GM OEM sensors as an add on.
Why do the DSX sensors not work anymore? I don't know. I thought they were OEM sensors....but maybe not anymore. It wouldn't be out of DSX's capability to manufacture their own FF Sensor. One can only assume this is what may have happened.
I think the solution to that would be to get a male/female plug to sit in the middle of the Fuel-it module that taps the signal wire and just pass it around the fuel-it module to the ECU. Then disconnect the output signal side of the Fuel-It since it doesn't work anyhow.
crewchief... go look at your dsx unit. i saw on the pic that you posted, it says it works with continental units.. i zoomed in on the pic of mine, and it appears to say continental
This is what I threw together a few minutes ago. Ninja's idea...Simply unpinned the white ECU wire from the Fuel-it plug and bypassed the analyzer. Haven't tested it yet, needed to get back to work for a few hours.
