hard to tell in the pic but the dod delete kit appears to have head bolts in it/ if so see if they can be removed for cost saving. also make sure they are GENUINE GM LIFTER TRAYS. do not use any aftermarket they are prone to failure . going to need s/c gaskets and blower to head bolts as well. I would email them and tell them what your wanting and let them build a kit for you so all the parts are there and shipping cost is reduced along with wait time when the motor is apart

Yes they provide GM bolts in the kit, I asked them to discard and discount it.
Excuse my ignorance but what is "s/c" gasket?
What is blower to head bolts?
I don't have supercharged, it's just a base Z51. I think the intake manifold bolts are reusable
Here is full content of kit:
• Delphi LS7 Lifters (option I went for)
• 8 AFM tower plugs
• GM Head Bolt kit
• Four non-AFM lifter trays
• Fel-Pro L86 head gaskets
• Water Pump Gaskets
• Front Main seal
• GM Balancer Bolt
• Exhaust Manifold Gaskets
• Non-AFM camshaft (option I took)

my mistake thought you had a z06. so your kit had head bolts your getting arp also has felpro head gaskets your getting gm so you need to see about a credit for the parts you dont want/need. also make sure the trays are genuine gm.
- Genuine C5R timing chain from Katech....not the knock-off from Comp Cams
- Engine Valley Pan gasket
- Camshaft bolt since the original bolt is 1-time use
- There are a couple seals between the oil pan and the oil pump
- You'll need a tool to locate the oil pump if you're planning to reuse the existing pump (lots of Google info on this)
- Check to see if you need a new belt tensioner and new serpentine belt
Good suggestions.
GM published a note about the camshaft bolt being reusable one time:
Due to parts availability and variance in applications, a replacement cam bolt is no longer included. GM has released a Torque spec for reusing this bolt 1 time. The Tq spec is 48 ft.lb plus an additional 50 degrees
There's no counter on my bolt tho and I can't find this bolt nor the part number at my supplier
edit: Is that the "bolt"? GM 12681018
Belt tensioner/serpentine I changed them last year with injectors and spark plugs
Oil pan / oil pump seems to be done by hand with a gray RTV tube
Digging into C5R timing chain now..

Yes I'll reuse my oil pump as the computer will adapt the flow/pressure automatically (contrary to an LS engine). What do you mean by locate the oil pump?
